1. Accommodation
Check-in 15:00~ / Check-out ~10:00
An extension fee will be charged for use after check-out time: 1,000 yen per hour from 10:00~12:00 (tax included)
After 12:00, 100% of the room charge will be applied only if there are rooms available on the same day.
However, it may differ depending on the accommodation plan.
Please confirm when making a reservation.
Check-in is possible after 24:00.
However, please ring the intercom next to the entrance (outside) as the entrance is locked after 24:00.
There is no problem if you arrive after the scheduled time, but please contact us in advance.
Unfortunately, we do not accept this service.
You will be shown to your room from 15:00, but you can check in at the front desk even before check-in time.
You can also leave your luggage at the front desk.
(Please note that guests are responsible for their own valuables.)
We can keep your baggage only on the day of check-in or check-out.

For customers with children
This applies from the age of 0 until the child enters primary school at the age of 6.
The same applies to children abroad.
Children under 6 years of age who sleep in the same bed as an adult are not charged for their stay.
The maximum number of children in a room at the hotel, including those sleeping with an adult, is as follows.
Double: 2 adults + 1 child under 6 years of age sleeping with an adult;
Twin: 2 adults + 2 children under 6 years of age sleeping with an adult.
*One accompanying preschool child per adult is allowed.
Please note that we cannot accept reservations for more than the maximum number of children.
No toiletries, towels, pillows, etc. are provided for children sleeping with an adult.

2. About booking
For the cancellation policy, please check the accommodation agreement and penalty (cancellation fee) table.
Cancellations must be made at least 2 days before the date of stay. After that, a cancellation fee will be charged.
The day before → 20% of the accommodation fee
On the day → 80% of the accommodation fee
No-show → 100% of the accommodation fee
